We coordinate the dates with the partner factories, plan the visits and accompany the alignment on site. Depending on the trip, this also includes route planning, organising transport within the respective country and accompanying you to the production sites. This way, the partner visit is embedded in the existing sourcing process and does not become an isolated trip without a clear objective.

Understanding production conditions and supply chains better

Through a direct look inside the partner factories, you gain more clarity about production conditions, processes and contacts on site. At the same time, open questions can be discussed directly with those involved.

In this way, a partner visit complements the ongoing project support, quality control and order handling by packconsult and helps to better classify production processes, supply chain requirements and sustainability aspects.
